Autodesk Maya

I've been saying for years that I'd like to learn 3D animation... well I finally took the plunge and enrolled in an online class through the Academy of Arts University.  The course is ANM 202 OL1: 3D Modeling and Animation 1 (Maya).  I was sort of nervous just jumping into a class that uses a program I've never touched before, but luckily for me the online instructor describes things pretty well.  And there are videos to watch which really helps a visual learner like me!

Its my first time taking an online only class.  Pretty exciting and I'm learning a lot already.  Hopefully I'll have something worth sharing by the summer!

Hello!

I always loved coloring, doodling, and making crafts when I was a kid, and I never quite grew out of it.

I received a Bachelor of Arts in Art Studio from the University of California at Davis. But there is still so much to learn! I love trying out new styles and mediums, and I like having a variety in my gallery.

Hopefully this "art habit of mine" (as my dad sometimes calls it) will result in a profession for me one day.
